Our holiday was characterised by a warm and relaxed atmosphere in the house and together with our host Dirk. The villa is truly a gem from a time when style and grace defined architecture. Our apartment was bright, quiet and very tastefully furnished. Everything in the villa invites you to linger and relax. The spacious garden and the small details in the house are extravagant. A beautiful, fully equipped modern kitchen makes cooking a joy. In the light-flooded and spotlessly clean bathroom, we immediately felt at home. Dirk made us feel valued and welcome from the very beginning! We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect! We felt completely at home right from the start. It is a fantastically beautiful villa, which has been lovingly restored and very stylishly furnished. The apartment's amenities leave nothing to be desired. The view from the balcony into the garden was a real delight. When we had breakfast here, the birds chirped and the flowers on the balcony smelled like spring. We slept like little princesses in a wonderful bedroom with colourful bull's-eye windows. Dirk's tips and little hidden secrets were a rare surprise for us and made our time in Gotha unforgettable. The restaurant ‘la dolce Vita’ served typical Sicilian dishes with southern warmth. We can recommend the house to every guest 100%.

The flat in Dirk's house is spectacular. We spent our holiday with our child and dog in the beautiful city of Villa. The nearby spacious city park is only a few steps away. The ducal estate, museum and historic buildings were also particularly charming and beautiful. We were surprised by the historical richness of Gotha and the special hospitality of Dirk and his family.

Our tip: be sure to enjoy the view of the poets' quarter Sternenhimmel from the roof terrace of the house!
